Puppies

Once boosters are completed (typically around 4 months) Pups are welcomed and encouraged to come play and socialize. Once they reach the age of 6-7 months they will need to be Spayed or Neutered before returning to daycare.

Spay/Neuter

All dogs joining KK9 MUST be spayed or neutered by 6-7 months

Research has shown that neutering our pups at a later age may have some health benefits. Many veterinarians encourage waiting longer than 6-7 months before neutering large breed dogs.  Please consult with your veterinarian to see the recommended age for your pup.

*KK9 100% understands and supports this research. The hormones may be great for overall health, but can be disruptive for pack play.
