**Important Boarding Information**

Daycare is first and foremost our #1 goal! We strive to make KK9 a home away from home so when boarding is needed, it’s stress-free and routine for your pup!

We offer roommates during their sleepovers. Through regular daycare visits, we are able to observe the temperaments and personalities of each member of Kara’s K9 Retreat. Daycare ensures that we learn and know what personality type your dog does best with. Multiple daycare visits before boarding is key to make sure everything runs smoothly for all the dogs and staff.

What is “regular daycare”?

Remember, each dog is different –some are natural social butterflies, some are shy or anxious and some of these young pups have a lot to learn about boundaries and doggy body language.

If your dog is not use to pack play it may take some time acclimate. We can’t put a number on the amount visits it takes for a dog to adjust to the pack…That is completely up to each dog!

**At least of 2 daycare visits before boarding is required** although some dogs may require more.

The safety and comfort for each dog and staff member is priority, therefore, daycare is mandatory for over night boarding!
